COMMISSIONING PROJECT MANAGER (OAKLAND)

We’re looking for these qualities in this position:

  • A technical leader – someone who can set the tone for our high standards of deliverables and who has strong background in one or more of the following:
    • New building commissioning
    • Retro-commissioning
    • HVAC design
    • HVAC controls
  • An individual capable of managing, motivating, and leading a team of engineers. Responsible for managing daily work, providing quality control, training/mentoring engineers, staff resources, project invoicing, and business development.
  • Solid communication and customer service skills with the ability to develop/maintain client relationships and effectively manage programs. The ability to communicate clearly with the project team and clients (verbal, written, proposals, reporting).
  • Detail oriented and organized – able to follow the commissioning process and improve the quality of the project.

What you’ll do:

  • Save energy and operating costs at client facilities by applying your technical skills in commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Provide commissioning services for projects requiring Title 24, CHPS, or LEED fundamental and enhanced certification.
  • Manage daily workflow and balance staff resources.
  • Develop marketing strategies and support of business-development opportunities.
  • Learn from our experienced team of over 40 engineers specializing in commercial and industrial energy efficiency.

SENIOR ENGINEER (LONG BEACH)

  • Customer service – someone who can interact professionally with clients and on-site staff and enhance our reputation as an industry leader.
  • Self-Direction – someone who can manage his/her own time and aid others to ensure timeliness and time allocation budgets are met. Someone who can perform QC on standardized analysis.

IT TECHNICIAN (SALT LAKE CITY)

We are searching for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of IT Technician in our Salt Lake City office. The ideal applicant will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and network functionality in the Salt Lake City office as well as supporting regional offices and teleworkers remotely.

The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Setup system accounts, computers, and phones for new staff
  • Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
  • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
  • Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
  • Perform regular maintenance on desktops, servers, and networking equipment
  • Provide ongoing input on how to improve IT security, usability, and performance

To succeed in this role and thrive within our company, the candidate shall exhibit these qualities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1 to 2 years experience in computer networking and systems maintenance
  • 1 to 2 years experience in current network operating systems
  • Customer service – someone who can interact professionally with clients and on-site staff
  • Competency with administrating Azure Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Meraki Systems Manager and/or other similar products

What you’ll do:

  • Save energy and operating costs at client facilities by applying your technical skills in commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Provide technical assistance to utilities and their customers to ensure that energy saving impacts are real, and that the savings are on solid technical grounds.
  • Work at our customer sites conducting energy assessments, inspections, measurement and verification of energy and demand savings.
  • Learn from our experienced team of over 40 engineers specializing in commercial and industrial energy efficiency.
