- project management,
- construction management,

- incentive program development services.
strategies
For sites with high energy use, we complete energy audits, specify and design solutions, provide construction management, and measurement and verification.
Specification and design includes creating bid documents for mechanical and lighting contractors, conducting and scheduling contractor facility walk-throughs, reviewing contractor bids, and aiding selection.
Construction management includes providing owner representation and quality control throughout the construction phase.
We also provided the energy audit and commissioning in support of City Hall becoming the oldest building in the country to achieve LEED Platinum Status under the Existing Building Operations and Management (EBOM).
